DEPOSITS
Deposits are required prior to booking. Under no circumstances will your deposit be refunded unless I have to cancel.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL
A 10 minute grace period is provided, if you will be late to your appointment please contact me to let me know. Your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Also please come with your hair detangled this helps me stay on schedule for my next appointment. If your hair needs to be detangled my service charge starts at $40.
RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your appointment once within 72 hours prior to your appointed time in order to keep your deposit. You must also reschedule within 72 hours of your original appointment. If you can not make the new appointment within 72 hours from your original appointment a new deposit will be required or the appointment will have to be cancelled . Rescheduling less than 72 hours from your appointed time, rescheduling twice or outside of the current month will require a new deposit.
COLOR, MICRO LINKS/ TAPE INS
When Booking any of these services please make sure to schedule a consultation. This step is very important prior to installation.
APPOINTMENT PRIVACY
Please no kids or extra people with you when you arrive to your appointment unless they are being serviced as well.
REFUNDS
There are NO REFUNDS. Please be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your style prior to leaving the chair. In the case that you are unsatisfied with your service or an error might have been made by me ex. a loose track or a slipped micro link or something you have 24 hours to reach out and have the style corrected. After 24 hours a new appointment will have to be made upon discretion. Ultimately any concerns you may have always reach out.
LENGTH & DENSITY UPCHARGES
******Starting on February 1, 2023 length and density fees will go into effect. As you all know the thicker and longer your hair is more work, labor, and time is required. Thank you all for understanding!!

Chic Shaping is a trim to maintain the health of your hair. This service also includes added layers, long or short if layers are your go to, and some face framing. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT ANYTHING CUT OVER 1 INCH IS $35!!***
DETANGLE

Book this service if you have recently taken down your braids and/or your hair is tangled.
THE CHIC & SOFTEN

The Chic & Soften is our virgin relaxer service. This is if you have never had a chemical relaxer before. This service includes a shampoo, deep conditioner, trim and style.
THE CHIC & SOFTEN RETOUCH

The Chic &Soften Retouch is for chemically treated relaxed hair between 6-8 weeks. Only the new growth will be treated. This service includes a shampoo, deep conditioner, trim if needed and style.

THE CHIC PONYTAIL

This service includes a sleek and chic ponytail. Your hair will be silk pressed for a smooth foundation then proceed to install the ponytail.
